As of 2024, N1 Electrical has provided electrical services to landlords across London for over 400 rented properties.

Our key service for landlords is the provision of comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR). After conducting a thorough inspection and testing, if the results meet all requirements, we will issue an EICR. In the event that your report contains any C1 or C2 classification codes, our team of experienced and competent electricians will provide guidance on the most appropriate course of action, allowing you to make an informed decision. While landlords are not required to conduct Portable Electrical Appliance (PAT) Testing, it is still their responsibility to ensure any appliance supplied is maintained in a safe condition. We also offer PAT testing as part of our commitment to safety.
